So we built what we wished existed back then. Now we handle all that chaos for property owners across Romania — managing everything from guest check-ins to late-night plumbing emergencies. Our Story
City Management launched in 2016 when three exhausted property owners decided there had to be a better way. After running a handful of rentals into the ground (okay, not literally), we realized the problem wasn't the properties. It was trying to manage everything alone. We started small—13 units, one spreadsheet, way too much coffee. Word spread. Other owners wanted in. Fast forward to today, and we're managing 156 properties across multiple cities. We've learned what works, what doesn't, and why guest satisfaction matters more than squeezing every last euro out of a booking.
